Tuna brings decades of hands-on experience in construction management and engineering. As a licensed general contractor with expertise across multiple trades, he oversees large-scale custom home and commercial projects with a focus on technical excellence, scheduling precision, and client satisfaction. Tuna’s leadership style emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Onur Bakirman – Principal & Co-Founder
Onur, also a licensed engineer, leads the company’s structural and technical operations. His San Jose State PHD background in engineering and construction ensures that every project is executed with accuracy, safety, and durability in mind. Onur works closely with architects, designers, and clients to transform complex designs into reality while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Our strength lies in being a multifunctional, one-stop-shop construction company. Backed by a talented team of engineers, project architects /Project Managers , and over our dedicated employees and sub contractors, we are equipped to handle every phase of a project—from concept to completion.
With multiple licenses—including General Contractor (B), C15, Plumbing, Electrical, and Framing—we bring flexibility and expertise to every aspect of construction. Our use of Primavera project management software ensures precise scheduling, labor tracking, and accountability, providing transparency and peace of mind for our clients.
